- All products are subject to availability; we reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw items at any time.

- Dimensions provided are approximate; slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
- Wood grain patterns, fabric textures, and natural material variations are characteristics of quality furniture and are not considered defects.
- Radhe Furniture does not guarantee that all product descriptions, dimensions, or prices on the website are completely error-free.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Radhe Furniture takes pride in offering customised furniture tailored to your specific needs. The following terms apply to all custom and made-to-order items:
- Custom orders require a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value before production begins.
- Production timelines for custom orders range from 2 to 8 weeks depending on complexity, materials, and current workload.
- Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not accepted and advance payments are non-refundable.
- Any changes to a custom order must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation; changes after this period may incur additional charges.
- Radhe Furniture will make every effort to match requested specifications but minor variations in handcrafted pieces are natural and expected.
- Custom orders are non-returnable unless the item is structurally defective or significantly deviates from agreed specifications.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Radhe Furniture website are in the applicable local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed in full, or as per the agreed payment schedule, before an order is dispatched or delivered.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, mobile money, bank transfer, cash on delivery (for select areas), and other available methods.
- In case of a pricing error on the website, Radhe Furniture reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- All transactions are securely processed; Radhe Furniture does not store full card or bank account details.
- For large or bulk orders, a customised payment plan may be arranged upon request.
6. Orders, Confirmation, and Cancellation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee immediate availability of the item.
- Radhe Furniture reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
- Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Cancellations after dispatch will be treated as returns and handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled and will process a full refund accordingly.
- Radhe Furniture reserves the right to place orders on hold pending payment verification or address confirmation.
7. Delivery and Installation
Radhe Furniture is committed to delivering your furniture safely and on schedule. The following terms apply to all deliveries:
- Standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days for in-stock items within the primary service area.
- Custom and made-to-order items will be delivered within the production timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Radhe Furniture offers professional installation services for select products; installation charges may apply and will be communicated in advance.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery and acceptance of the order.
- Radhe Furniture is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, traffic, courier issues, or other force majeure events.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations.
- Someone aged 18 or above must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery; Radhe Furniture is not responsible for damage reported after delivery acceptance.
- For large furniture items, please ensure doorways, staircases, and rooms are measured and accessible before placing your order.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every piece from Radhe Furniture. Our return and refund policy is as follows:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a structurally damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs as proof.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused, and unassembled condition with all original packaging.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: These are non-returnable unless structurally defective or significantly different from the agreed specifications.
- Non-Returnable Items: Assembled furniture, items showing signs of use, items without original packaging, and clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
- Return shipping or pickup charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
9. Warranty
Radhe Furniture is proud to offer a quality warranty on our products to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind.
- All standard furniture products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
- The warranty covers structural defects, joint failures, and material faults that are not caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, fading due to sunlight exposure, water damage, or damage caused by improper use or assembly.
- Custom orders carry the same 1-year warranty on structural integrity.
- To claim warranty service, please contact us with your order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photographs.
- Radhe Furniture reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer a partial refund at its sole discretion under warranty claims.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Radhe Furniture website — including the logo, brand name, product images, furniture designs, graphics, descriptions, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Radhe Furniture or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Radhe Furniture. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
11. User Conduct
